Email [email protected]. For a bug, include your phone model, operating system, app version, and what happened. A level number or screenshot helps. Please leave out payment details and other private information.

Stuck on a room?

Try a different wall, undo a move, or restart. Tap Hint for a helpful next move. The game shows any ad or purchase options before you choose them.

Purchases and hints

Remove Ads + Unlimited Hints is a one-time upgrade. The price appears in the game before you buy. If a purchase is awaiting approval, the upgrade unlocks when the store confirms it.

Restore a purchase

On iPhone, open the game menu and tap Restore purchase. Use the Apple Account you bought the upgrade with. If it still doesn’t appear, email us with the app version and what you see.

Your progress

Puzzle progress is saved on your device. Deleting the app or changing phones may lose it. Restoring a purchase restores the upgrade, not your puzzle progress.
